A b s t r a c t 792 Chang and Yi / CD2 EXPRESSION IN AML WITH PCH ANOMALY Karyotyping Chromosome analysis was performed at diagnosis, by standard methods using short-term bone marrow cultures. In accord with ISCN guidelines, 7 at least 20 mitoses were analyzed in each case to exclude clonal abnormalities.
