An analysis of the concepts of domestic and foreign researchers regarding the assessment of human potential was carried out, which made it possible to determine the disadvantages and advantages of the approaches and the position of individual researchers. The scientific significance of the study results is the provision of a set of indicators for determining human potential. The results of the article can be used to prepare regulatory and methodological documents for the development of human potential and further domestic and foreign research on this topic.
