The classical transportation problem is a problem of optimal transportation plan of a homogeneous product of uniform items in the presence of homogeneous items of consumption on homogeneous vehicles with static data and the linear approach [1]. Development and application of optimal schemes of cargo flows can reduce the cost of transport and maximize profits.
