The risk of Fresh Products Supply Chain includes supplier risk, retailer risk, customer demand risk and the e-commerce platform risk from the perspective of supply chain depot under new retail mode. Based on the analysis of these risk factors, we established a risk evaluation index system, built an unascertained measure model, and evaluated the risks.
