The article presents the experimental studies results of a superheated liquid and a heated gas spraying through nozzles with cuts in order to determine the influence of the channel configuration on the characteristics of the jets. Experimental setups, experimental methods and instrumentation are described in the article. Photographing and thermal imaging was used to visualize the flow of liquids and gases.
