Some problems that occur in the bank, can result in losses for depositors. Therefore, consumers of financial services (bank customers) need legal protection. The implementation of this protection must be overseen by the Financial Services Authority. The purpose of bank supervision is to protect the interests of depositors and investment customers, who entrust their funds to Islamic banks.
