Background Blunt celiac artery injury is extremely rare, but it is easy to ignore. The clinical manifestation of celiac artery injuries is usually atypical, so it is easy to fail to diagnose them. Case presentation: We report two cases of celiac artery occlusion after multiple trauma admitted, its mechanisms were motor vehicle collision and fall from height, respectively.
