Out of all methods today fistulectomy in modern surgery and Ksharsootra therapy in Ayurveda are widely used techniques. The positive feedback of Ksharasootra therapy over fistulectomy has encouraged me to do research work and conduct the study on the advantages and distadvantages of the both the methods.
