MEASURING THE EFFECT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ON JOB SATISFACTION

Performance is not a choice but a must do practice for organizations. The current study is an effort to study the performance evaluation practices of pharmaceutical companies of Punjab. The variables of performance measure have been identified through literature and were grouped into various factors through factor analysis. The impact of performance appraisal practices has been measured on the job satisfaction of lower and middle level employees through regression analysis. The results suggest
