This study examined how we can connect site-scale green infrastructure (GI) projects to city-scale GI strategies by studying the "New GI" projects in the Upper Rouge Tunnel area in the City of Detroit, Michigan, USA. The results show that linking the two scales requires much networking and collaboration with various stakeholders.
