Secondary data were used by the researcher where data were gathered from research papers, journals, websites, HR forums, survey results etc. The study's central objective was to explore the role of artificial intelligence in the human resource department and to recognize the issues facing HR. The research study concluded that AI's position is greater in various human resource functions where robotics companies can handle recruiting, hiring, data analysis, data processing, workload reduction and workplace performance enrichment.
