The title, written by Dr. K. M. Mistra and published by Blue Rose Publishers, discusses various matters relating to medicine in different countries and regions, in general, not cultures. Nonetheless, the book's chapter on Vietnam medicine mentions the "cultural additivity" phenomenon very early. Reading the text gives us a feeling that the term has become a widely accepted cultural definition. Perhaps, because of this seemingly wide acceptance, the author provides no reference to the original article, where the term first appears.
