Using collaborative tools under the virtual modality through learning metrics or analytics allows the synchronous interaction of contents of the subject of design and management of learning environments in higher education students. The research was developed with the parameters of the quantitative methodology, of a non-experimental type with a descriptive level of depth such as the application of monitoring tools as an instrument to 28 university students on the use of collaborative tools
