South Korean government aims to reduce the number of deaths by industrial disasters by half by 2020 and has a gradually increasing intent to settle and spread safety culture all over the establishments. more » ... using Chi-Square Test, One-way ANOVA, and regression analysis through the "2015 Survey of Occupational Safety and Health" conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute (OSHRI). As a result, the formation of safety and health organization and the utilization of safety and health specialty area differed depending on the business size, and the formation of safety and health organization and the utilization of safety and health specialty area affected safety culture in the establishments. This study proposes a study of safety culture activity and outcome through the relationship between companies in the establishments in the future, and through this, it is expected that this study will be utilized as a material for the preparation of a system for the reduction of disasters in the establishments.
