The relationship between particulate matter PM 10 and the conditions of urban territorial accessibility are studied. The information analyzed includes data from six monitoring stations of the Manizales 'city in Colombia. The Inverse Distance Weigthing (IDW) method of interpolation is applied to the stations´ data to calculate the influence of the particulate matter on the city area. Finally, areas, housing and population affected by particulate matter concentrations are analyzed in their average travel time of whole city.
