The article is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for the state authorities of the Republic of Belarus to overcome the organizational and economic problems of expanding the Belarusian-Romanian technological cooperation in the context of the transition to Industry 4.0. The prospects for further development of research are shown, including within the framework of developing the theory of harmonization of structural policies of the EU member states and the EAEU: on the example of the Republic of Belarus and Romania.
