ABSTRAK Sistem aplikasi dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan proses bisnis perusahaan sehingga mampu menyediakan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan studi untuk melihat status kelayakan dari rencana implementasi sistem perusahaan. SAP R/3 yang merupakan salah satu software ERP dengan berbagai modul pilihan layak dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satu solusi system informasi perusahaan. Hasil analisis studi kelayakan melalui fit/gap analysis menyatakan bahwa implementasi SAP R/3 modul penjualan dinyatakan layak dan mampu memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan system. Hasil analisis cost dan benefit menyatakan bahwa pengambilan strategi implementasi SAP R/3 modul penjualan adalah layak.
