Perineal liposarcoma is a very rare entity, with slow growth and more prevalent in middle aged males. The perineal localization is extremly weird on our environment. We describe the management of a man who consults with the complaint of an asymtomatic gluteal lump. RMN suggest a big mass compatible with Liposarcoma of 17x7x6cm.
