This study was carried out to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of mortar cement produced from Carrot Powder (CP). To do this, 4 mortar cement specimens were formed by changing the weight of CP and cement. Increasing ratio of CP weight ratio affected the compressive strength, impact, hardness.
