We devebped a measurement system on rain attenuation of satellite broadcasting signals. This system has sma 闘er time resolution than of in previous studies and is composed of a field strength meter , a rain rate meter , data processing units , etc ,↑he experimental measurements has already started using this system which received the signals from terrestrial experimental stations of 21 G トlz and 12GHz on the earth to obtain the correlation of the rain attenuation of both frequency signals.
