We present a case of 78-year-old patient with a middle lobe tumor who underwent a bronchial sleeve middle lobectomy. The tumor was a carcinosarcoma with squamous cell carcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma components histologically. We tried to emphasize this extreme lung tumor and its clinicopathological features.
