DETERMINATION OF CONVECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER IN CHANNEL FLOW WITH HEATER ARRAYS FOR ELECTRONIC COOLING
International Journal of Emerging Engineering Science and Technology
unpublished
In this thesis, Convective heat transfer in channel flow with heater arrays for electronic cooling will be performed and compared with air cooling and liquid cooling using CFD analysis and Thermal analysis. The fluids taken are air, methane and propane. Different models are modeled by taking constant tube length& width and varying height. The tube length taken is 20mm. The width is kept constant at 50µm and the height is varied by 50µm, 100µm and 150µm. Models are done in Pro/Engineer, Thermal and CFD analysis is done in Ansys
