The article presents the results of studies of associations of polymorphic variants of serotonin receptor genes and serotonin synthesis and metabolism enzymes genes with depressive disorders and the presence of clinical remission. The associations of polymorphic variants rs130058 of HTR1B gene and rs1176744 of HTR3B gene with depressive disorders was shown.
