The need to adapt big amount of already gathered data about 10.000 records to governmental guidelines and to prepare instructions to new data was abig challenge to the team of Section of Bibliographic-Documentation Duties and Computerization Departament of Wroclaw University Library. The text is adescription of solutions used in the first period of cooperation the local database and nationwide one.
