The Meta-Disc software was used to analyze the data.RESULTS: A total of 16 trials were included, The results of Meta-analyses showed that the summary sensitivity, specificity and 95% CI were 0.86(0.84~0.88), 0.90(0.88~0.92). The SROC area under curve(AUC)was for 0.9517.CONCLUSION: OCT for diagnosis of primary glaucoma has higher sensitivity and specific degree, has great value in clinical application.
