Low-power low-voltage VLSI operational amplifier cells

VLSI operational amplifier cells that approach the physical limitations of bandwidth, gain, and power consumption are described. To this purpose, several HF compensation architectures are presented, such as parallel Miller, multipath nested Miller, and multipath hybrid nested Miller.
