Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid-19) vaccination is mostly safe and effective: adverse events following Covid-19 vaccination are generally mild and well tolerated. Adverse reactions may include cutaneous reactions and, rarely, cutaneous small vessel vasculitis associated with palpable purpura. We present the case of a small-vessel vasculitis after Covid-19 vaccination that manifested with no organ involvement or systemic symptoms, associated with self-resolution, and a review of the cases
