Shiga toxin (Stx)producing Escherichia coli (STEC) causes bloody diarrhea, hemorrhagic colitis, and hemolytic uremic syndrome. Molecular structural analysis of Stx-neutralizing monoclonal antibody (mAb) will be helpful for development of therapeutics and prophylactics for STEC infection.
