Invariant subspace problem for ExB-Operators

In this paper, we show the following: Let A, B * be ExB-operators on a complex Hilbert space H. If there exists a non-zero compact operator K such that AK = aKB + bK (0 a, b ∈ C), then A and B have a non-trivial invariant subspace.
