Fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy in pediatric brain tumors treatment with IGRT

Acute toxicities were low grade nausea and vomiting, without late toxicity. The median follow-up are 48 months, actually 7 patients are disease-free, 2 with cutaneous EICH. The TBI has a relative advantage in its using is that the dose delivery throughout the body is controllable in each organ. In our review the results are similar than the others series published with overall-survival (range 45-65%), the transplant related mortality (ranged 20-22%) and the probability of relapse (range 20-40%).
