Rapid Method for the Discrimination of Romanian Wines Based on Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy and Chemometrics

ATR-FTIR Spectroscopy combined with multivariate data analysis have been applied for the discrimination of 10 different Romanian wines (white and red wines), produced in 2 wineries from Romania: Reca� and Stefanesti-Arge�s from different cultivars. Principal Component Analysis were performed using different regions of FT-MIR spectra for all wines.
