Classifications of Nonnegative Matrices Using Diagonal Equivalence

This article studies matrices A that are positively diagonally equivalent to matrices that, for given positive vectors u, v, r, and c, map u into r, and where AT map v into c. The problem is reduced to scaling a matrix for given row sums and column sums, and applying known results for the latter.
