The purpose of this study was to investigate some in vitro and pharmacodynamic properties of indomethacin-loaded solid lipid microparticles (SLMs). A blend of homolipid from Capra hircus and Phospholipon ® 90G comprised of the lipid matrix. The SLMs were prepared by the hot homogenisation technique. The effects of Carbosil ® and sodium chloride on the release profile and particle size of the SLMs were investigated.
