The cutting device consists of 2 knifes which are connected to static work so it can be used to determine the desired length of the strap. The length of the knifes is 40 cm with a static length is 130 cm. Roller is made of iron form of cylinder with diameter size of inner is 15 cm and length is 26 cm.
