In today's present world, everybody needs E-Banking solutions for a better life style. This paper present the comparative study of customer satisfaction and perception towards E-Banking services provided by the selected Public and Private sector Banks. The purpose of the study is to determine the customer's satisfaction and perception towards the E-Banking services.
