Effect of cerium additive and secondary phase analysis on Ag0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramics

Cerium-doped silver bismuth titanate-Ag 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 (ABT) ceramics have been synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state reaction method. The structure and elemental examination of the prepared ceramic was analysed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared, scanning electron microscopy and energydispersive spectroscopy.
