Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of transformational leadership of school principals (20 items); interpersonal communication (20 items); organizational commitment (26 items); and teacher performance (20 items). Analysis of this research study data using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance; interpersonal communication with teacher performance, and organizational commitment with teacher performance and there is a relationship between transformational leadership, organizational commitment with teacher performance, interpersonal communication, organizational commitment with teacher performance at State Elementary Schools in Paringin District, Balangan Regency.
