The paper examines the occupational pattern in Jammu and Kashmir. This paper has made a sectoral analysis in light of trend in employment share over a period of time. The evidence for occupational diversification and structural changes in Jammu and Kashmir has been confirmed by the data figures from census and NSSO data.
