Since the Labor Contract Act of China came into force on Jan 1 st 2008, new labor relations are building up in Chinese manufactures. This paper is a case study about Company C, which is a wheel manufacturing enterprise in O city, N province, China. In this case study, we discussed the Field Work Management and Human Resource Management there.
