This study is about the Public Complaints Unit (PCU) in the Management Services Department (MSD) under the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) of Brunei Darussalam. This unit was established through a memorandum (10)JPM/J/MSD/16 dated July 21, 1998 by PMO. Mandated as the focal agency for receiving public complaints and about services rendered by the government ministries and departments, this unit's roles and responsibilities include reviewing common issues of complaints.
