... lution study. Different concentration of superdisintegrant was used in this formulation as 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the tablet formulation prepared with 8% with Isapghula mucilage ie. 8 mg showed fast and higher drug release (97.68%) during in vitro dissolution study. Also the hardness, friability, dissolution rate and assay of prepared tablets (batch F8) were found to be acceptable according to standard limits.
