Statistically robust design for the all-electric ship from a network theoretic perspective

Recent progress in understanding the robustness properties of large-scale networks leads one to consider how such results can inform design of the all-electric ship. Network robustness seems to be correlated with certain statistical properties, which may give rise to a natural design procedure wherein the statistics of the network become the main design goals.
