It was aimed to investigate effect of problem based learning activities about Coenzymes on undergraduates' achievement and attitude toward biochemistry lesson in this study. For this purpose, 48 undergraduates enrolled in Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques were randomly stratified to experimental and control groups. While students in the experimental group learned the subject with problem based learning activities, the subject were taught based on traditional teachercentered approach
