The authors conducted the generalization of the practice of regulating gambling in foreign countries, the expediency of legalization with detailed regulation and control over the activities of gambling organizers. In this article, we review some principles of qualitative data collection, analysis, and strategic planning to help scientists, lawyers, and law students interested in conducting research in their practice to continue their learning in this area.
