Zinc Sulphide (ZnS) thin films have been deposited by chemical bath deposition method under controlled the preparative conditions at room temperature. In this project we have been studied the effect of concentration of sodium thiosulfate on the ZnS thin films. We have synthesized the different film of various concentration of anionic precursor. The average transmittance of all films in the visible region of spectrum is found 85 %. The ZnS film act as a window material in the solar cell.
