The effect of Scleroderma verrucosum spores on growth of Shorea spp seedlings was studied. The research was conducted in the green house of The Research Institute for Conservation Natural Resources of Samboja, East Kalimantan from April until December 2011. ... spores 1,5 ml and 3 ml per seedling. The result showed that interaction does not influences significantly on the growth of Shorea spp seedling. While the medium, species, and inoculation was significantly influence. Media was significantly affected on hight and diameter. Shorea johorensis showed the faster growth of heights and diameter than other species. Were as the effect of Scleroderma verrucosum spores treatment was significant on hight and diameter. Shorea siminis has the lowerst growth. Treatment 3 ml spores/ seedling resulted the highes growth of hight namely 30,06 cm which significant different with control. The effect of Scleroderma verrucosum spores on diameter growth of Shorea spp was significant and treatment 3 ml produce the highest diameter namely 0,30 cm that significant different with control. The effected of all treatment was not significant on mortality of the seedling.
