The Study of Human Resource Withdrawal Based on the Internal Control

This study focuses on comprehension of the Human Resource Withdrawal (HRW) behaviors of the employees during the organizations' modern Human Resources Management (HRM) process, especially in general trend of internal control. Firstly, we give a self-made definition and classification of the HRW creativity, and then we analyze the causes according to the specialty classification which including the managers, professional technical personnel and operational employees.
