ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren taşımacılık sektörünü incelemek ve sektörün ülkemiz için önemini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada ikincil verilerden elde edilen bilgiler yorumlanarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre Türkiye, ulaştırma ve taşımacılık (karayolu, havayolu, demiryolu, denizyolu ve boru hattı) sektöründe çok önemli avantajlara sahiptir. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine the transport sector operating in Turkey and demonstrate the importance for our sector of the country. In the study, the information obtained from the secondary data was interpreted and analyzed. According to the obtained results, Turkey, transport (road, air, rail, sea and pipeline) sector has a very important advantage. There are steps to be taken to evaluate these advantages well. The most important of these steps should be the National policies on transportation and transport sector and these sectors should be supported by the State.
