the injection is made only by the force of gravity, the rapidity and force of the current is altered at will by elevating or lowering the reservoir. The fresh, warm milk is poured into the funnel, across the top of which is a strainer of finest metallic gauze to intercept any hairs or accidental particles of dirt The warm water in the reservoir keeps the milk at the proper temperature.
