Abstract: This research comes within an applied linguistic framework, which aims to clarify the role of Arabic dialects in empowering the non-Arabic speaking learner with linguistic and metallurgical competencies, by means of proposing a new perception marked by "integrative Arabic". more » ... its general-purpose, to contribute to an attempt to update programs for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers according to scientific requirements related to the theory of "Arabic integration", in order to meet the needs of the learner, which are mainly represented in: the acquisition of linguistic, communication and cultural competencies, and to overcome what prevents learner's full immersion in the Arab environment.
